You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Profile icon (top-right corner) → Plan → turn off Auto-Renew. You can also contact us via email, phone, or live chat. Your access stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Base Subscription
Renewal fees are refundable if requested within 72 hours of the charge. After 72 hours, all fees are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the amount will reflect the base subscription minus any applicable trial and add-on fees. Trial fees are based on your plan tier:
- Standard – $19
- Premium – $29
- Enhanced – $39
- Advanced – $49
If you prepaid for a subscription and cancel within 72 hours, a refund will be issued; however, the refunded amount will be reduced by the equivalent of a 14-day trial fee for your plan, along with any add-on fees, even if you signed up during a promotional period where paid trials were not offered.
After the refund is initiated, your account will be scheduled for cancellation two weeks from your sign-up date. You will retain access to the platform until the account closes.
To request a refund: cancel first, then contact support within the 72-hour window. Cancelling online does not automatically issue a refund.
Trial Fees
Trial fees are non-refundable. If you sign up for a paid trial, that charge will not be returned, regardless of when you cancel.
Data Packages
Real-time data packages are non-refundable upon purchase and are not covered by the 72-hour grace window that applies to the base subscription. This applies to both trial and prepaid plans.

Both packages are billed on the same cycle as your subscription and prorated to match it. Annual subscribers are billed the full year upfront (e.g. OPRA = $114/year).
Add-Ons
Add-ons — including Sidekick message packs, store indicators, and more — are non-refundable upon purchase and are not covered by the 72-hour grace window that applies to the base subscription. This applies to both trial and prepaid plans.

All Sales Are Final
If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your card on file will be charged for the next billing period. All fees paid outside the 72-hour refund window are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.
